The festival will be completely cashless. ALL payments will be made exclusively via a wristband with an NFC chip. The wristband will also serve as your ticket.

HOW TO MAKE CONVENIENT PAYMENTS WITH NFCTRON? 👨‍🚀

1. Top up your ticket credit online before the event
  • You can add credit to your ticket in advance using the link above—either on the website or in the NFCtron app.
    After presenting a valid ticket at the entrance, we will activate the chip with your pre-loaded credit, and you can head straight to the sales points.
    Online credit top-ups for tickets will be available before the event begins. After that, top-ups will only be possible on-site—either online via the NFCtron app on your phone or in person at NFCtron top-up points. The first on-site top-up incurs a 50 CZK chip activation fee.
    When topping up your ticket credit via the website, use the same email address you’ll use to log in to the NFCtron app. This ensures you’ll see your tickets, orders, and topped-up credit correctly in the app.
2. Pay easily with a chip
  • You pay simply by tapping your chip card on the payment terminal. After the payment is processed, the merchant will always show you a screen displaying your new card balance and an order summary.
    You can track your spending directly in the NFCtron app or request a receipt with a QR code at a recharge location to view your online statement.
3. Online top-up of an active chip during the event
  • Once you have an active chip on your wrist, you can top it up online during the festival directly in the NFCtron app via the payment gateway. After payment, transfer the credit to the chip following the instructions in the app. The chip must remain in contact with your phone until the transfer is complete.
    Online chip top-ups during the event depend on your phone having a working NFC feature, a stable internet connection, and the correct synchronization of recent payments on the chip. If the app temporarily stops the transfer to the chip, please wait a moment and try again later.
    If the credit cannot be transferred to the chip, you will not lose your money. Any untransferred credit will be automatically refunded after the event ends.
    Alternatively, you can use the NFCtron top-up point on the premises.
4. You can get a refund for any unused credit
  • You can transfer any unused credit on your chip back to your bank account for free via the mobile app or the chip’s online dashboard.
    You always have 14 days from the end of the event to request a refund.
    UNUSED CREDIT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN CASH AT THE EVENT VENUE.
