These terms and conditions govern the rules for purchasing tickets for Metronome Prague 2026, jointly organized by Live Nation Czech Republic, s.r.o. and Metronome Production s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “we”), as well as attendance at this event.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets are sold through selected authorized ticketing partners, who may have their own purchase terms and conditions. We recommend that you review them carefully, including the rules regarding potential refunds and any applicable service fees.
Ticket prices may be dynamic and subject to change during the sales period.
The resale of tickets is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the authorized ticket seller. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels may not be recognized as valid, and holders of such tickets may be denied entry to the event. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, venue, or time of the event for reasons beyond our control (such as adverse weather, safety measures, artist decisions, technical issues, or health-related reasons).
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be informed and offered the option of a refund or ticket exchange in accordance with the applicable ticket seller’s policies.
All visitors are required to follow the event rules and comply with the Organizer’s instructions.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules, disrupt the event, or behave inappropriately — without entitlement to a refund.
Refunds and complaints are handled in accordance with the conditions of the authorized ticket seller.
In the event that the event is canceled without substitution, a full refund will be provided.
Complaints regarding the organization or conduct of the event must be made directly on-site to allow for immediate resolution. Complaints submitted afterward may not be accepted.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
More information can be found in the Privacy Policy section.
The Organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the event.
We recommend that visitors follow event-specific information, which may include special measures regarding security checks or restrictions on bringing certain items into the venue.
Metronome Prague 2026 is open to visitors of all ages.
Every visitor, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
The participation of minors younger than 15 years old at the Festival site is permitted only when accompanied by a Festival Participant over 18 years of age and under stricter conditions in accordance with Czech law. The accompanying Participant is fully responsible for the minor and must ensure that the minor does not engage in activities that could endanger their moral development. The Organizer does not provide supervision or childcare for minors during the Festival.
The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age and, for safety reasons, may restrict children’s access to certain zones (e.g., near the main stage during late hours).
Visitors holding a disability card (wheelchair users) may contact the authorized ticket seller Ticketmaster only for information about designated areas and accessibility options for visitors with mobility impairments. The number of such spaces is limited.
The following items are strictly prohibited at the event:
Security checks upon entry are mandatory. Visitors who refuse to cooperate may be denied entry without compensation.
The Organizer is not responsible for any health complications that may occur during or as a result of the event, unless such complications are directly caused by the Organizer’s breach of legal obligations.
Visitors should assess their own health condition before attending the event, particularly regarding loud noise, lighting effects, and prolonged outdoor exposure.
Without the express written consent of the Organizer, the purchaser or holder of a ticket may not use it in connection with any form of promotion (including competitions or consumer lotteries) of themselves, any other person, or any goods or services, for commercial or other purposes, in whole or in part. Purchasing a ticket does not entitle any person to use the event or the Organizer’s brand for marketing purposes without prior consent.
In the event of a breach of this provision, the ticket may be canceled without refund. The Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for any resulting damage or unjust enrichment, including legal and court costs.
