METRONOME PRAGUE 2026: MUSIC YOU CAN TASTE

This year we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary, and we want to take your festival experience to a whole new level.

For the first time ever, we are joining forces with the popular FRESH festival, which will bring to Letňany a culinary concept that is typically one of the largest food festivals in the Czech Republic.

You can look forward to a weekend full of flavors, aromas, top-notch cuisine, and a unique festival atmosphere. Forget about typical festival food. Several themed food zones will be set up in Letňany, offering experiences from different corners of the world—from street food to fine dining.

Legendary Restaurant

The festival will feature legendary restaurants from across the Czech Republic. For example, YAMAYA, led by Chef Marek Hora—the only ambassador of Japanese cuisine in the Czech Republic—will be there, where you can sample top-quality sushi and authentic Japanese specialties.

Restaurant DIAN will also be in attendance, introducing you to modern Vietnamese cuisine inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia.

Wok & Spices

One of the most distinctive zones will be Wok & Spices. Visitors will find themselves in a bamboo grove filled with lush greenery, exotic aromas, and authentic flavors.
They can look forward to sushi, ramen, Vietnamese, Thai, and Mongolian cuisine, specialties from Sapa, Asian street food, and modern culinary concepts.

Heinz Grill Academy

Meat lovers will be thrilled by the Heinz Grill Academy. With an atmosphere inspired by the American South, it offers large smokers, the aroma of wood, juicy steaks, slow-cooked brisket, pulled meat, and other BBQ specialties.

Flavors from Around the World

But the culinary offerings go far beyond Asian cuisine and BBQ. You can also look forward to Indian cuisine, Colombian specialties, Balkan shashlik, pizza, street food from around the world, and unique festival concepts.

A sweet treat and specialty coffee

Sweet tooths will also find something to their liking. There will be churros, waffles, donuts, artisanal ice cream, and select coffee shops, including the popular Rebel Bean.
